floridagal
For those of you who have been coding PHP for a while -- what specific books do you recommend over others? I was at Border's last night, and skimmed through quite a few -- finally couldn't decide what to get, so thought I'd ask here - which book has been most helpful to you?.... one of the O'Reilly 'animal' books, or I saw some published by SAMS or WROX --- just too many choices & not enough $$ to buy them all

CC
Well I always like the O'Reilly series. But I think www.php.net is still the most unbeatable place for the right answers. CC.
floridagal
:D Thanks so much, guys! Steve, please don't get me wrong - I love using online sources! Sometimes, though, it's just nice to get away from the computer & curl up in a comfy chair & read through a book! 8)
