easypopulate serverside error

I have installed and configured Easypopulate and have read through the documentation (attempted to understand it all). I have also search the forum and web trying to find an answer but I give up. Sorry if this is something that comes up a lot.

 

I am trying to do an export to temp dir which works and then import back into DB from temp which I then get an error. Also, same thing for downloaded export, I can get it and modify it but can't import it back in. The error message I get is:

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

 

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

 

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.41 Server at therianwear.com Port 80

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am still struggling with relearning/learning all of this and am getting a bit frustrated.

Let me know if more info is needed and what/where it would be.
