duplicate orders

I'm getting some orders that are being duplicated. Sometimes as much as 20,30 even 40 times.

Each order has a new order number. The customer is getting mulitple receipts with a new order number.

The credit card is only being charged once.

 

It seems to be totally random. There might be 5-10 orders that work just fine, then one order with 15 duplicates (with new order number with each).

 

There might be a LOT of time between each duplicated order. see below for Richard Clark.

between 1st and 2nd order, 26 seconds.

Then 16 seconds.

Then 2 seconds.

Then 3 seconds.

Then nearly 3 MINUTES.

Then 39 seconds.

 

For the Richard Clark order below there was over 5 minutes between the first and last order.

 

Tracking it via the card processor via the time of the transaction, the processor might might be processing the first order with one customer, the 3rd with another or the last with another. Seems to be random (at least from what I can match up with the actual time).

 

We did change card processors 4 days ago, and it worked fine for 3 days. Suddently this started at 1:00 yesterday afternoon.

The only thing that I can find is that just prior to this I deleted a test order via OSC admin.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
