Wilky Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 My old Host used to sort ssl on my site, now i have moved hosts and now just sorted some earlier problems out, i have noticed i get this message when proceeding to payments.. Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.shopstore24.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long) i think this is due to moving and now having a different ip address is there a place i can disable the function on my site? John
Jack_mcs Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 That's a problem with the server or ssl files. Your host will need to look at it. It might be someting simple like the ssl wasn't installed properly after the move.
