delete the "delete" button from the admin orders page

Hi,

 

Can somebody please tell me where I can find the code to take off the delete button next to the orders in the admin? (next to the edit, invoice & packing slip buttons), I cant seem to find it anywhere.

open the orders.php file in admin folder and find the following code (around 411 line):
