libobasay Posted October 15, 2009 Posted October 15, 2009 I am using OSC v2.2 RC2a; it comes default w/ the Authorize.net AIM module located in the Admin > Modules > Payment. I've signed up w/ a merchant and setup the Authorize.net AIM module w/ the Login ID and Transaction Key. I've set the Authorize.net account in test mode and processed many test transactions w/ my own credit card (CC) and it seemed to work as OSC sent an Order Process receipt and Authorize.net sent a Merchant Email Receipt. However ... there seems to be a problem when trying to process a test and live transaction w/ customer's CCs. I've changed the Authorize.net account into live mode. I tried running 2x different customer's CC and both had the same problem; after clicking "submit" at the end of the order process, OSC bring me back to the Payment Information screen w/ the error: "There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again and if the problem persist, please try another payment method." I contacted Authorize.net and the Authorize.net technical support (TS) stated he did see anything access the Authorize.net servers. We noticed that after clicking "submit" at the end of the order process, the website link changes to x.secure.omnis which is our hosting company's secure servers. In short, Authorize.net TS stated they can't do anything because they can't see anything. They stated it has something to do w/ OSC itself. I can completed a test order w/ my own account and CC info however I can't even complete a test/live order w/ a real customer's account and CC info? What am I missing? Thanks
