Help. After a month ++ in the hospital, I am finally home and can't login to my site because I can't remember password and username. Is there a way for me to retrieve it or reset it? Your help appreciated.

If the password is in the osC DB then

Reset Admin Password

If it's a .htaccess password, you would retrieve, or change it via your web host cPanel.

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

I downloaded the file to reset Admin Password to my public html file but don't know what to do with it. I do not even know if it is an .htaccess password or not. Is there a way I can find out? My store has been down for a couple of weeks now. All the time I put into it is up in smoke if I can not figure out how to log back into oscommerce. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME?????

If it's a small box that pops up in the middle of your page it's .htaccess

If it's a "full blown webpage" it's stored in your osC DB (in which case the contribution I linked to should work).
