My pub file is chmod = 777, my download folder = 755 Under Product Attributes, the product is Download, the Option Value = Yes Under Configuration/Download, the Enable Download is true the Download by redirect is true (although also does not work as false) the Expiry date is 7 the Number of Downloads is 5 The order goes thru, the emails sent correctly. Everything appears fine, but there is simply no link under My Account or directly. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

Under product attributes, I had mistakenly added the whole http://... link instead of just download.exe. Changing it to just the filename made the download available to future purchasers, but didn't add the link for something already purchased.

♥14steve14 Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 I think i am right in saying this. The standard oscommerce module for downloads will not check to see if a payment has been received. if you are using the standard oscommerce module you need to manually change the order status once payment has been received. If you click on the edit order button, you should be able to alter the staus from pending to delivered and the download link will be available in the customers order section. If you need to be able to have oscommerce to automatically check for payment, and alter the order staus to delivered you wil need to add the super download shop contribution that can be found the the Add ons section at the top of the forum pages. I have an early version of downloads controller installed on my site and this new contribution is based of that module. REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
