Using 'category' to represent supplier

I have installed a couple of test products but have not installed any payment options other accepting money order

 

when I select a category the heading says

 

Product Listing Coming

 

I want it to represent the Category name

 

are there more things I need to do and this will happen?

 

I have searched but can find no reference to this, please could someone help? thanks
