need to get the attributes of the product to calculate total pricing and not the quanity of the product itself

My cart is ready to be launch, but I have a problem with one product because it has multiple attributes that causes a conflict with the total cost.

 

The product that Im having issue with is this http://www.mangosteendirect.com/product_info.php/cPath/22/products_id/33

 

The attributes allows you to pick either women or men, iron or no iron, and the selection will give you the correct cost calculation.

 

The Problem.

 

But because by default, the Quanity Add Button, t adds an extra item to the total calculation once you make a selection in the attributes. The total cost is skew once you goto check out. Just test and you will see what Im talking about.

 

What Im trying to accomplish

the option already exist in osc when your client create account, you request the gender information.
