kristapasnak Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 I know this is probably a simple question, but where is the information stored for the Contact Us page. Specifically I am looking for the email address that is setup for the emails to go to. We have our site setup but for some reason the emails are not being delivered on the Contact Us page and there is no error that I can see. Thanks in advance!
multimixer Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 The file is contact_us.php Mails are getting send from the customers mail address to the store owner mail address as set in the admin panel In the database it's getting stored in the table configuration If you have problems with the contact_us page, maybe you also take a look here ----> email issues Do the other mails work? ozEworks Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 It is controlled by your My Store setup. Emails are sent to your store owner email and send from the email address you nominate.
