Page is distorted on category and product pages

Having had a play, have obviously rather foolishly made a mistake regarding the category and product layouts.

 

Being so long ago now, I have no idea which script to modify in order to return it to how it should be.

As youll see the header gif from the index page and the new products is repeated at the bottom of the page, distorting the layout.

 

If anyone could shed some light on which file I should look for that governs the layout of this page, so I can either look myself or post some code up for someone to show where the problem lies, it would be awesome !:-)
