Please help with a discount module

I want to offer discounts for customers if they pay by check (10% discount) or by cash (15% discount). Is it possible to have this discounts automatically calculated at checkout time? please tell me which contribution can be used for the same......

I haven't seen a contribution to fit your needs. I think you better customize your system.
