Contributions: Auto Backup your Database, Easy way Multi Images with Fancy Pop-ups, Easy way Products in columns with multi buy etc etc Disable any Category or Product, Easy way Secure & Improve your account pages et al.

Its an easy install, there are several contribs of this type, some are very complex (un-neccessarily so) this one is very simple & does the job, but if even that is beyond you, perhaps u need to employ someone.
