fernandomm Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Hello, I am trying to send an OSC contribution but i always get the error "All fields required" on the submit form ( http://addons.oscommerce.com/category/new,package ). I am pretty sure that i have provided all info that is required but the problem may be with the filesize. It is a 5.5MB one. Does anyone had this kind of problem? Quote
♥kymation Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 Yes, your file size is way too large. You need to remove any unnecessary files to reduce the size to 2 MB or so. If I need to download a 20MB file, or even a 5MB file, to view a web page, I'm probably just going to go elsewhere. That's just too big, even by modern web standards. The ability to edit the description has been promised in a future update. If it's a severe problem, use the Report button on your Contribution to ask the moderator to help.
