Order Total Modules Error

I am setting up my online store and when i click on modules, order total I get the following error. is it possible that a file did not upload correctly? how do i fix this problem?

for any module You add code checks for the language file.

So if You have not uploaded any language file for that module then this error will occur.

I uploaded the language file, but there is not a quantity_discounts.php file in the contribution. i am using the coupon code discount contribution.

this is very frustrating, LOL. i have no idea how to fix this problem. please advise.

Provide the detail:Which Version and author name of 'coupon code discount' contribution?

As there are few coupon code contribs plus on times some of the versions are buggy.
