Crawler reports (500 internal server error) but shop is worling

Hello,

 

i'm running a shop but google has some big issues with crawling the site, when i check with google webmaster tools i get 4000 error messeges url network unreachable. if i check it with a browser there is no problem. does anyone know where to search for this issue?

If I google for sjcosmetics, I see Google lists two kinds of errors. One is includes/languages/french/faq.php cannot be found (when language = French). You may have to take a look at \wwwroot\faq.php (is the path correct?), and also check if your PHP include_path setting needs updating. If you don't have a French FAQ, and the English or Dutch FAQ works OK, you might copy in your English FAQ just for a temporary fix. The other is a database lost connection, which could just be a system hiccup, or you may have a host that's a bit stingy on resources, and something like Google trolling through the whole site may exceed some time limit.

 

Nothing is listed there about a '500' error -- that may be a completely separate issue. Read up on 500 errors:
