ste00 Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 Hi, I am sure I am overlooking something stupid here but on our new site (www.pharmnaturale.co.uk) for some reason the product weights are acting strange... I have entered the weight of one of the gwdihw balms as 0.033 (product weight is 33g) yet when I go to the checkout the package weight comes up as 3kg... Anyone any ideas or suggestions? have i just entered the weight wrong or is their somthing else I am overlooking? I have had a quick search but couldn't find any info...
