body fonts and infobox header fonts

As of right now I have white background infoboxes with a black header background and the text in the boxes black as well and the text in my body mainpage is black. But for some reason I have to change the font colour in the body in able to change the font colour in the infobox headers....but it also changed the quantity numbers of the "products currently in cart" column. So...when I change the colour, I loose some kind of header, info or whatever in the backgroudns.....If this makes any sense lol

Is there anyway to change the the location the font colour commands come from? I know it is probably something simple, but I am going on 3hrs trying to figure this darn thing out, so maybe some fresh eyes will see something I haven't!
