Cannot Login to Admin Panel

Helo all,

 

Please forgive me...i am not a programmer nor increbily net saavy. please keep that in mind when replying with instructions.

 

I installed 2.2 oscommerce through a Plesk control panel. No errors, all seemed fine. I went to login to the admin panel and I can't.

 

Each time I try, the login box comes back up and changes my login from "login name" to "domain.com/login name". I try logging in from that as well, and after a few tries I get the message "Unauthorized

Access is denied due to invalid credentials."

 

I went back into Plesk and checked my credentials several times...no luck there.

 

I am at a loss and any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

turns out Plesk often ignores the login information you setup, and inserts FTP credentials.
