customer name, shipping address and billing address emtpy on order process email

In some orders i cant see Customer name, Shipping address and billing address. All these areas are emtpy. Just telephone number and email address area are ok.

 

When the customers enter another address for shipping while the checkout process, just the address name is visible (no information below the name). If they confirm the order in this way, needed areas to send the product are emtpy.

 

Pls help me.

in admin / configuration / minimum values, ensure your minimum values for the missing entries are above 0

Austria and Germany caused the problem.Their address format were 5 even if there are 4 formats in my catalog. I changed their address format to 1, and my problem solved. (you can edit address format at Locations / Taxes - Countries)
