Cant remove "Let's see what we have" even after hard coding

Im a newbie with Oscommerce, I have been trying to remove "Let See what we have here" via text editor.

 

I thought this was pretty simple editing and removing. I did it at catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php and nothing changed once I uploaded it.

 

I also made sure that I uploaded it correctly by going to the admin/tools/define languages. It showed I made the changes. But that text is still there when I go there.

 

Please help me.

I reset and disable the cache, but the phrase is still there.

As I reacall the phrase occurs in more than one place, rememeber index.php operates in multiple modes.
