Firstly, I am very new to all this so please bear with me.

 

I would really like to have a jpg image as a background to my shop, but am not sure where to start.

 

Also, I have seen all the contributions but really dont know where to start with them. Ie how do I put them on my site? Do I upload them?

I only update the site etc through admin on the web, and am not sure how to read it from my computer files.

 

I would eventually like to input files from youtube and other video streaming sites. Is this possible?

 

I would also like to put a banner/logo or flash graphics on the site.

Would you like the jpg to be repeating or just shown once for your background?

 

Yes you can add streaming content to your store

 

There is already capacity for the banner at the foot of your store, you change it in admin / tools / banner manager

I just want one pic I suppose. It will just be a ghost image of the shop logo repeating on a very light colour.

 

I also wanted to put other pics down the side where the boxs are but I think I have seen something on here for how to do that anyway.

 

How do I actually add streaming content/or HTML links
