If your site has suddenly lost images, has a weird errror, etc, you are no doubt looking for answers here.

My site was "compromised" a while back and apparrently had a "code 64 eval dbase" something or other big block of code that has been inserted into every php file on my site.

I talked with host gator this morning and they said they've had a rash of calls in from people with this issue, it appears oscommerce is the gateway.

I have wordpress, oscommerce and gallery2 installed and it infected all of them.

so... where do we turn for suppport for this? someone please make this sticky and lets get on it, since we don't want the hosts to ban or shut off our websites.

It is most likely due to the admin/file_manager.php security hole recently discovered. You need to remove that file and restore your site to a non-hacked version. It should be OK then. This assumes you have installed the other known security patches, of course.

wordpress is also a known root for this hack, so don't assume its osc, but if u have file manager then it probably is.
