smartwork Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 Our host recently made some php upgrades which started customers to have the "empty cart" problem. I've read a LOT about this scenario on various threads, but I've not found a solution for our shop. We have an older 2.2ms1 (lots of contributions) and I believe our loss of session ids is causing our problems - mainly with Firefox and Mac users. We're in the midst of upgrading, but that will take some time to get our shop outfitted with all the contributions we have. Question: Is there an efficient way to get our 2.2ms1 shop session ids compatible with php5+ until our site upgrade is complete? Thanks for any assistance. We're getting those customer emails about not being able to add to cart, so we're obviously anxious to resolve this for those customers.
