More product columns and fitting them in the box

Hello

 

Well yesterday i modified my template making bigger the footer, etc, etc now the page looks better but....all the store modified and the boxes where the products are now are to big for the images and i want to fix it but dont know where to make that....another things is that i want more rows in my What's new page cause i only have 2 items there and i want more, where do i modify that????

Ok...i have added another row...was easier than i expected duh....now i only need to adjust the images, some help need thanks!!
