Dive Right In Scuba Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 (edited) Looking to have a "Free Shipping" Icon under the product name. I want to have items over $75, have this icon. You would think this would be easy, but I am having no such luck with being able to exclude certain items..... ones under $75, or on sale, or certain items that I want to "check mark" so they aren't shipped free..
