hi i am new to this so please bear with me

i have arrived at the install screen and it say username not vaid i think i have put the right username in ( the one you log on to host site )and i have tryed the one for the data base

any niformation would be a help

you have to on occasion format it like this

cpanelusername_databaseusername

password (just password)

cpanelusername_databasename

 

an underscore in between
