Setting the VAT for GBP and Euros

I really am stumped trying to figure out the different VAT rates for each currencies. This site is located in Ireland where their is 21.5% VAT rate Euro however the client sells the product in the UK which has a GBP and a 15% VAT.

How do I setup the GBP VAT Rate? Currently, I have the Vat rate set at 21.5% Euro but when you convert to GBP the pricing is all wrong I need to leave the Euro VAT but change the GBP Vat.

Thank you in advance

client? developer? site owner?

its a very basic knowledge that tax or vat or whatever you call it has nothing to do with currency. Full stop.

If you're shipping from Ireland to the UK, you still have to charge UK customers 21% tax. You will have two tax rates, one for EU member countries and one for non EU countries (unless you can ship from Ireland and the UK).
