No paymentoption if order over 500 EUR

Hello,

 

I use banktransfer as payment option but if the order is above 500 EUR no payment option is showing. I tried check/moneyorder but there the same problem.

 

Is there somewhere a possibility to change that value?

Already solved, there was free shipment above 500 EUR but no shipping was enabled. so above 500 it didn't accept the order.
