Out of Stock Products

Hi

I am new in os commerce . I need knowledge about out of stock prodcuts.

 

I have one product for example shopping bags , but i have different sizes , small and large. As you know if i set 0 price in product then it always able to see Out of stock .

My question is if i have 100 quantity , and all size large , how i show out of stock small size ? Becuase every time it allow me to but small size even stock od small size is 0.
