Two lots of shipping

I seen this on another site,

Say i had some items in a categorie that i need to charge another lot of shipping for such as livestock, is there a add on that i can use so there is two loads of shipping shown but only when both hardware and livestock added to the order ? If one or the other is only in the cart just one lot of shipping shown ?

And here the aim is for two lots of shipping, if both equpiment and livestock added (bear in mind they will have diffrent writing in)
