Im here because im having a problem with my shopping cart. Heres the scenario: I add 3 t-shirts into the the cart and come back to surf in the site again. If i go the tshirt page again and insert it into the cart again ,instead of put 4 t-shirts into the cart i have just 1, can anyone help me? thx in advance

Basically the only time a cart is saved to the database is when the customer is logged in and the cart contents can be attributed to a customer id. Without this there is no way to maintain session state as http is a stateless protocol.
