Help with Adding Many Attributes

I have a client who sells personalized picture frames. So for boys, there are over 150 names and girls more than that.

 

The only way I see to make an attribute is add a Boys Name and then one by one make option values. Than after that select the item and one by one add each name.

 

I did look at Easy Populate but it says it does not handle attributes well.

 

There has got to be a faster way. Any ideas?
