Hi everyone

I am a newcommer to the OSCommerce forums and I would really appreciate your help.

1. I've installed Ultimate SEO URL's to my oscommerce shop.

2. done the whole installation process by the instructions that weren't too hard..

NOW

i'm trying to login to the site - www.hairefresh.com/shop/index.php

if i choose any of the categories on the left side, i get this message:

"Not Found

The requested URL /directory/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.13 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.13 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.10 Server at www.hairefresh.com Port 80

If i turn off the Ultimate SEO URLS through the admin everything seems to work - but if i put it back on i see the index page but can't access Categories.

Please help.....

thanks

have you updated the configure.php file? check the full path to your osc installation.

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
