How can I add my country's local payment services?

Have you tried searching the contributions area for them? If not there, you'd probably have to get a new payment module (or modules) coded.

Is the payment moduloe You to be an online processing.

If so You need to ask the processor for some tech documents.

 

If its not an online payment module then you can duplicate a similar payment module just changing names and related configuration values.
