This is what I'm trying to do: I want the admin of the oscommerce to complete the checkout process on behalf of the customer. The customer will call the admin after they have put their items in the shopping cart. I know the admin is able to view the shopping cart of the customer at this point, but what i want to do is allow the admin to checkout for the customer once the customer has given their CC to the admin over the phone..
