How do I assign different shipping costs to different countries (of course also per product)? i.e. product one wil cost 5 Euro to ship to country A but 8 Euro to ship to country B.... Also I want to use bank transfer as a payment option but want to give customers the option to transfer payment to a bank in their own country.
