product option labels missing in email

Hi. My new oscommerce site has been live since 8/1/09 and I have been getting orders. My email order notifications came with product options (such as "Color" or "Size") and the customers selections (such as "red" or "large"). Somewhere between 8/10/09 and 8/18/09, my order notifications no longer contain the product options. It only shows the customer selections. Does anyone know where I should look or how to fix this? Thanks.
