luckyginger Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 I'm getting this error message: Error: Catalog images directory does not exist: /home/scarlett/public_html/shop/images/ Except the image folder is there and it does see it - I deleted the folder, and then the images I had loaded previously disappeared. I uploaded the images folder again and the images reappeared. I still got the error message on the admin console that the image folder does not exist. Can anyone help me with this? My admin/includes/configure.php file appears to be correct. Any advice? Could something have gotten corrupted?
FIMBLE Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Might be a permission problem, the much less secure permission you may need to use is 777. Though if this turns out to be correct you need to ask you host to sort it as you will get hacked ... eventually. turn the folder to 777 if the message goes then you will know, but turn it back again to 755 and get in touch with your host.
