Xpajun Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 I thought that this had been addressed somewhere but I can't find anything with a Google search On my localhost site I can't log in to the frontend nor can I add anything to the cart - I've also noticed that the osCsid changes on each click which would probably explain why I can't log in to the front end or add anything to the cart. When I was originally revamping my store a couple of months ago I didn't have this problem, since then I have reinstalled xampp and the new install has php5.3.0 and I'm wondering if maybe this is causing the problem The store I'm running on localhost is a mirror of my on-line store which obviously doesn't have the problem Anyone have any ideas? My store is currently running Phoenix 1.0.3.0 I'm currently working on 1.0.7.2 and hope to get it live before 1.0.8.0 arrives (maybe 🙄 ) I used to have a list of add-ons here but I've found that with the ones that supporters of Phoenix get any other add-ons are not really neccessary
web-project Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 I've seen sort of problem, to remove sort of session try this module: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/2819 I hope it will help. Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
Xpajun Posted September 19, 2009 Author Posted September 19, 2009 It's not so much the removing of the osCsid that is the problem it is the fact that it keeps changing and possibly stopping the adding of products to the cart My store is currently running Phoenix 1.0.3.0 I'm currently working on 1.0.7.2 and hope to get it live before 1.0.8.0 arrives (maybe 🙄 ) I used to have a list of add-ons here but I've found that with the ones that supporters of Phoenix get any other add-ons are not really neccessary
