Category Image in wrong position

I am trying to fix a nagging problem with my category images, I am trying to place the category image adjacent to to the category description.... but it is showing up below.

Looking at the HTML source:

Note the code I "commented out (I added the HTML comment tags in in RED).

 

To do what you want you have to have the description and the pic as sequential <td> items on the same <tr>

 

That's what commenting out the code does.
