When i do click in the button to "add a product" to the shopping cart, the cart is empty. In the data base the table "customers_basket" is not empty. I don't know what is happening! Please, help!

Was the sita working?? I mean have you received orders, were you able to add producta to the cart and now you cant ?? It would be better if you gave us a link or/and more info . PS whan you go to yoursite/shopping_cart.php do you see the product???
Elenams Posted September 18, 2009 Author Posted September 18, 2009 Yes, in shopping_cart.php I don´t see the product. This is the mistake. Rest running well. I work with IIS (Internet Information Server). Can it be the problem? Versions are 4.3.4 for PHP and 2.2rc2a for Oscommerce. I think the mistake can be in Permissions too, but I'm not sure.
♥ecartz Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Diagnosing would be easier with a link to the site, but in general, failure to add to cart is most often caused by session problems. What are your settings in admin >> Configuration >> Sessions? What are the SERVER, CATALOG, and COOKIE settings from your includes/configure.php file? Always back up before making changes.
