getpaddedup Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 This may well be a very old bug...can anyone point me in the direction of a fix? When a customer places an order, they include a shipping address that is different to their invoice address. The order email contains the two separate address to confirm they were entered differently. By the time the invoice is printed, shipping address has been overwritten with the invoice address and the goods are sent to the wrong address. The order when viewed shows the incorrect shipping address. The email sent on placing the order confirms that the address were different and, at some point, overwritten. Is it the PayPal IPN updating from the paypal shipping address? Thanks in advance, Simon Quote
