It seems your trying to run the sql twice, the column is already there, so its fine.

You seem to be using an old version, the latests is v1.3.5 the sql in that has

ALTER TABLE `products` ADD `products_image_array` blob;

you should b fine with the ealier, but make sur you use the code from the latest.

The only SQL file i can find in the download is the SQL V1.1 tho..

I have another problem im gona need some help with if u have time.

I use a few addons like custom product builder and a premade template, so the product info php is looking very different from the standard one.

Using some guesswork, i got it to work, and it looks great ;) however all the text i added to the products are gone when i try the modified file.. i guess i removed more than i should somehow.

This is my current Product info.php if you are able to help me figure out where to put things and what to keep.

product text

echo stripslashes($product_info['products_description']);

displays the product text, that appears after all mods done by this, so don't delete it!!!

I have one minor quick question though, i'm not sure where the problem lies if its in my code or not. But when the photos pop up and i use the bottom arrows to navigate through the pictures it works fine until i get to the last photo. If i click the left button again, the link should be dead, but instead it links me back to my main page.

Any ideas or where to edit this?

I see the issue, its a link problem, I'll take a look when I have a moment, if its what I think it may be the solution is easy.

It seems that the fancy box is always on the top of the page even when I try to scroll down. I need it not to be because most of the images in my cart will be larger than the page size. Changing the wrap div position to relative didnt work. How do I go about solving this issue?

enable image scaling (default setting) then u wont have the issue

The install seemed to go well initially. I was able to edit a product and add images great.

When I try to add a new product, I click to preview the new item and the page just sits there - it does show the image i want to add (I am trying to add a listing with just 1 photo).

The working symbol is spinning on my browser.

My page file goes up to 1.5GB and makes my computer virtually freeze.

The only way out is to use task manager to kill the browser process.

Any thoughts?

Its sounds like you have crerated a error that is causing a continious loop in categories.php

You have made errors in the install go over it again more carefully, try reading the tips given in the doc & linked to from it.

Thank you for the suggestion and super-fast response! I checked and everything looks fine. However, I did find the issue.

If I add a product with 1 photo and use the built-in image browse button instead of one of the 3 new ones, then it does get into some kind of loop. I hit the stop button and it showed a preview page with over 50 examples of what my page would look like.

I went back and added a product with 1 photo using one of the 3 boxes your add-in creates and it works fine. Thank you for pointing out the file where this all may be linked to though.

I have problem of black border while zooming the image.. Ths problem existing when i check my site on IE7, But it work perfectly on IE8 and Mozilla..

I am noticing that in admin, when adding image to my product, my images do not have a delete image button. Is something that is in the mod but perhaps I messed up?

If so can you please let me know what I need to do to get the delete image back up and running?

Have you considered adding something like this image zoom with mouse to this mod? It allows you to zoom in and move the image inside the popup with the mouse.

Thanks for comfirming that there is suppose to be a delete box. I thought there was.

Here is what my admin looks like:

Is the error likely in Admin/categories.php ?

If so do you know what line of code needs to be put back in? I went through the instructions and it appeared to be all correct.

I don't see anything to delete!!

Currently, this only provides the option to delete aditional images, but if you have none it will not show, as there is nothing to delete!!

Ok I see. Yes on the additional images I do have the delete and delete from server. However, do you know what I need to do to get it to do the same for the main image?

No, its not implemented for category or main product image, simply as there seems little point, osC relies on images there & needs to be modded if you don't have them so it would be rare that anyone would want to delete, they would normally just change them.
