where STORE_OWNER_EMAIL_ADDRESS is set?

I receive order confirmations to [email protected] and they come thru fine, but when user clicks Contact Us from default.php, another address comes up, basically the address with which i opened my hosting account .

 

So what controls the setting STORE_OWNER_EMAIL_ADDRESS

and where can i reset it?
