Many thanks, Leo What I do is if the Payment is out of sotkc I just refund the persons money not cost is incured, if you use the "refund" link shown at the bottom of the transaction details and it saves you the hassle of "billing" the customer after the fact Michael Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
