skeedo
I'm finding a whole bunch of these throughout a lot of my OSC directories. I'm guessing search caches possibly? -rw-r--r-- 1 skeelo5 skeelo5 857 Dec 28 21:41 index.html?D=A -rw-r--r-- 1 skeelo5 skeelo5 857 Dec 28 21:41 index.html?D=D -rw-r--r-- 1 skeelo5 skeelo5 857 Dec 28 21:41 index.html?M=A -rw-r--r-- 1 skeelo5 skeelo5 857 Dec 28 21:41 index.html?M=D -rw-r--r-- 1 skeelo5 skeelo5 857 Dec 28 21:41 index.html?N=A -rw-r--r-- 1 skeelo5 skeelo5 857 Dec 28 21:41 index.html?N=D -rw-r--r-- 1 skeelo5 skeelo5 857 Dec 28 21:41 index.html?S=A -rw-r--r-- 1 skeelo5 skeelo5 857 Dec 28 21:41 index.html?S=D
skeedo
Can these files be deleted, and also, my entire osc is 55 megs is that a little large for 313 customers?
mattice
osC does not use html extensions... nor the url sheme these show. What do they contain? 55 mb with/without images? (on linux use the df command to see) "Politics is the art of preventing people from taking part in affairs which properly concern them"
Trailz
That looks like its your splash page? The cart seems to use default.php as its first page inside the catalog directory. If it were my site I would change and make the cart being inside the main directory instead of the catalog directory.
seCret steVe
i would delete those files. And just use the ones that come with osCommerce release
CC
The first thing to do is check what those files contain before you go deleting... Is this on your own server, or do you pay for hosting? If you pay for hosting, check with the host they are not some of the initial setup files they give you. CC.
