USPSMethods http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...ions,487/page,2, does a great job of allowing easy choice of Methods for Displaying USPS rates. BUT it doesn't allow for a Handling charge of a dollar amount to be incorporated in charges. I have site which needs this. Fiddling with the tare weight in admin does not accurately calculate for our setup. Handling IS incorporated in the stock USPS module that is shipping, but it show ALL international USPS shipping options which will not work with this site. SOOOOO to make a long story short, I need to find a way to either ADD handling charge function to USPSMethods, or to be able to designate which International Rates are displyed with the standard USPS module.
