rkennedy Posted July 10, 2009 Share Posted July 10, 2009 I had everything working as a one page checkout and pay by PayPal. I was changing the country drop down and a few other methods. I did the PayPal integration where it turns on the IPN. I have read other posts about PayPal IPN in the payment modules but do not have that. Just PayPal Standard. Now I am getting this: "Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address." I have set myself up as a tester and have gone through a couple times but now I am getting the above error. Any thoughts? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is a setting in Paypal Account > Profile > Payment Receiving Preferences > 'Block payments from U.S. users who do not provide a Confirmed Address:' > try 'set No'. Paypal checks to see if the address exists, so misspelling buyer account - state / city / road names can sometimes cause this error...
